When you use our services and submit any forms (purchases, information request, newsletters, sign-ups, competitions, surveys and reviews), we collect and process your information such as your name, email address, company name, contact details, and purchase history .

We collect and use this information to make your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. We use this data to process your order, inform you of any delays or problems and if you have asked us to do so to send you special offers and promotions, or information about our products and services. We will also use this data to improve our products and services and grow our business.
Payment and Transactional Data
We will retain records of your orders to allow you to keep track of products and services previously ordered and make reordering quick and easy.
Orders and payments made via our website are processed securely by Gumroad.
We do not store or retain payment details such as credit card numbers. Any account details entered for direct bank payments are not available to us.
General Correspondence Data
Conversations we have with you by phone, Livechat and email may be maintained by us so we can better answer your questions and sort out your orders in the future. We use this data to enable us to offer you, personalised customer service you expect from Alegrant.
Marketing and Communications

We will also send you newsletters, product and special offers from time to time by post or email if you have opted in to receive these. You may request that we unsubscribe you at any time by email at info@algrant.com or by changing your settings in your account.
Site visitation tracking and cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website. Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google does not grant us access to this. The cookies last for a year.

Our blog
Should you choose to add a comment to any posts that we have published on our blog, the name and email address you enter with your comment will be saved to this website’s database, along with your computer’s IP address and the time and date that you submitted the comment. This information is only used to identify you as a contributor to the comment section of the respective blog post and is not passed on to any of the third-party data processors detailed below. Only your name will be shown on the public-facing website.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Your comment and its associated personal data will remain on this site until we either 1.) remove the comment or 2.) remove the blog post. Should you wish to have the comment and its associated personal data deleted, please email us at info@alegrant.eu.

Email newsletter
If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to subscribe will be used with The Newsletter and Mailpoet applications that are used to send newsletters.
Your email address will be kept until we either remove it or you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to info@alegrant.com using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.
Payment information
Alegrant does not hold customer credit or debit card details on its website or any of its data systems. All credit or debit card details are managed by the Alegrant order management and payment service providers Gumroad who are compliant with the highest standards for data protection and transaction security.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
